Understandably, since they cannot be resold, personalized items cannot be accepted for a full refund unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. However, unlike other personalized product companies, we offer the following policy for any change or cancellation not due to defect or damage:
- Within the first 24 hours after order receipt: No fee.
- Within 5 days after order receipt: additional $10.00 charge for Bibles.
- More than 5 days after order receipt: No refund is possible.
